DMCA Notice Policy

Submitting a Takedown Request

Your request must contain the following information:

  1. Your personal information
    Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of your work
    Describe the copyrighted material. If multiple works are included, you may list them in a single document.
  3. Infringing content location
    Provide the specific URL(s) where the material is displayed on longhairtube.
  4. Good faith statement
    A declaration that you believe the use of the material is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
    Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the details provided are correct and that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
  6. Signature
    Your signature, whether typed, electronic, or physical. A full typed name is accepted as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification through our contact form. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your complete contact details.
  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal on longhairtube.
  3. A sworn statement that the takedown was an error or misidentification.
  4. Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where longhairtube operates) and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, the content may be restored within 10 business days unless we are notified that legal action has been initiated.


Repeat Offenders

Accounts belonging to users who repeatedly upload infringing content may be suspended or permanently terminated. We may also remove infringing material without prior notice.

False Claims
